01What do you do when you sit? The technique itself — posture, eyes, attention, breath. Not the tradition it belongs to.

02The white projection — after how many years of practice did it first appear?

03Under what conditions does it appear? Eyes open or closed. Darkness or light. During sitting, or outside it. Time of day. Anything that reliably precedes it.

04Describe the projection technically. Apparent size. Brightness. Exact colour. Edges — sharp or diffuse. Stationary or moving. How long it remains. What it does as it fades.

05How often does it appear now?

06The four projections — have you seen them? If yes: their arrangement, the position of the golden one relative to the white ones, after how many years of practice, how long the configuration holds, and how often it occurs. If no, write no.

07Anything else you have observed that is not covered above. Optional. Description only.
